You can buy from us two ways — pick whichever fits your situation:

  • Book an appointment — no payment, no commitment
  • Inspect & test-drive the machine in our yard — take your time
  • Sign & wire payment only if you're happy with what you see
  • Load up and go the same day, or arrange your own transport
B. Have It Shipped to You
  • Click “Request a Purchase Agreement” on the listing — we send your price with shipping quoted to your address
  • Review the paperwork — we email you the Sales Agreement, Bill of Sale, and Warranty document to read in full before any money moves
  • Sign & return — once we receive your signed documents, we send your invoice along with wire transfer instructions
  • Wire payment within 24 hours of receiving the invoice — wire transfer only
  • We ship from Great Falls, MT — IRON+ Warranty and your 5-day inspection window start the moment the machine arrives (see section 03)

Every unit on our lot is inspected and tested by our team before it's ever listed for sale. We document the condition honestly — the good, the wear, and anything we've repaired — so what you see online matches what shows up when you walk the yard.

For buyers who choose delivery, we include a 5-Day Inspection & Test-Drive Period from the moment the machine arrives at your address.

Run it, look it over, confirm it matches the listing and the agreement. If something is wrong that we didn't disclose, you have the right to raise it within that window — no pressure, no rush.
This 5-day window applies to shipped orders only. If you inspected at our Great Falls yard in person and signed there, the sale is final at that point — but the IRON+ Warranty (section 06) still kicks in.

Payment & Pricing

We accept wire transfer only. No cashier's checks, no certified checks, no financing through our company.

When payment is due:
  • On-site pickup: after you've inspected the machine in person and agreed to buy. No payment to book an appointment.
  • Shipped orders: after you've reviewed and signed the Sales Agreement, Bill of Sale, and Warranty document. You receive your invoice with wire instructions next — payment is due within 24 hours of the invoice.
Your paperwork comes first, your payment comes after. You'll never be asked to wire a dollar before you've seen and signed the full Sales Agreement and Warranty in writing. Wire transfers can take 1–3 business days to clear, so confirm with your bank ahead of time.

The price you see on the listing is the price you pay. Period.

Montana has no general sales tax, so there's no tax line on your invoice. The only thing on top of the listed price is shipping — and only if you choose delivery. Always quoted from Great Falls, MT 59404 to your address before you sign.
Out-of-state buyers: depending on where you register or operate the equipment, your home state may have its own use-tax or registration rules. That's on your end — we don't collect tax in Montana.

Warranty & Protection

Every eligible unit ships with the IRON+ Warranty — no extra cost, no upsell. Coverage starts the day the machine arrives or is picked up.

  • Coverage starts the day of delivery or pickup — no paperwork required from you
Full warranty terms available before you sign — we'll walk you through what's covered, what isn't, and how claims are handled. No fine-print games.

Documentation & Logistics

Heavy equipment is not titled like a vehicle — there's no title to transfer. What you get with every machine:
  • Signed Sales Agreement & Bill of Sale — your proof of ownership with the machine's make, model, serial number, and purchase price
  • Your IRON+ Warranty document — signed and on file
  • Our pre-sale inspection report — what we checked and what we found
  • Operator's manual if it's available with the unit
  • Service or maintenance records we have on file for the machine
That bill of sale is your proof of ownership — keep it with the machine. If your state, county, or job site requires any extra registration on your end, you handle that side based on your local rules.
Two ways to take delivery:
  • Pickup at our yard — 795 Ulm Vaughn Rd, Great Falls, MT 59404. Book an appointment, inspect, test-drive, then pay and load up the same day. No payment to book.
  • Nationwide shipping — request a Purchase Agreement on the listing, review and sign your paperwork, then wire payment within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. We arrange transport from Great Falls. IRON+ Warranty & 5-Day Inspection start the moment it arrives.
