- Sign & return — once we receive your signed documents, we send your invoice along with wire transfer instructions
- Wire payment within 24 hours of receiving the invoice — wire transfer only

This 5-day window applies to shipped orders only. If you inspected at our Great Falls yard in person and signed there, the sale is final at that point — but the IRON+ Warranty (section 06) still kicks in.
Payment & Pricing
We accept wire transfer only. No cashier's checks, no certified checks, no financing through our company.

- Shipped orders: after you've reviewed and signed the Sales Agreement, Bill of Sale, and Warranty document. You receive your invoice with wire instructions next — payment is due within 24 hours of the invoice.
Your paperwork comes first, your payment comes after. You'll never be asked to wire a dollar before you've seen and signed the full Sales Agreement and Warranty in writing. Wire transfers can take 1–3 business days to clear, so confirm with your bank ahead of time.

The price you see on the listing is the price you pay. Period.
Montana has no general sales tax, so there's no tax line on your invoice. The only thing on top of the listed price is shipping — and only if you choose delivery. Always quoted from Great Falls, MT 59404 to your address before you sign.
Out-of-state buyers: depending on where you register or operate the equipment, your home state may have its own use-tax or registration rules. That's on your end — we don't collect tax in Montana.
Warranty & Protection
Every eligible unit ships with the IRON+ Warranty — no extra cost, no upsell. Coverage starts the day the machine arrives or is picked up.

Documentation & Logistics
Heavy equipment is not titled like a vehicle — there's no title to transfer. What you get with every machine:
- Signed Sales Agreement & Bill of Sale — your proof of ownership with the machine's make, model, serial number, and purchase price
- Your IRON+ Warranty document — signed and on file
- Our pre-sale inspection report — what we checked and what we found
- Operator's manual if it's available with the unit
- Service or maintenance records we have on file for the machine
Two ways to take delivery:
- Pickup at our yard — 795 Ulm Vaughn Rd, Great Falls, MT 59404. Book an appointment, inspect, test-drive, then pay and load up the same day. No payment to book.
- Nationwide shipping — request a Purchase Agreement on the listing, review and sign your paperwork, then wire payment within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. We arrange transport from Great Falls. IRON+ Warranty & 5-Day Inspection start the moment it arrives.
